I can't see this package in Fedora...

a) Does anyone have any objections to it being packaged?
b) How would I get it included, assuming I package it to Fedora's
packaging standards?

I made a package for this some time ago.
You can find the sources here:
http://heffer.fedorapeople.org/rpms/pypolicyd-spf-0.7.3-1.fc14.src.rpm

I wouldn't mind if you submitted it for review.
