Default Coan package for review (was documentation on Bugzilla bug lifecycle/developer procedures?)

OK, I've submitted a coan package for review:

(and if anyone has a bit of spare time, I could also use reviewers for
meshlab [1], which I packaged because it's useful when working with 3D
printers, and the Free42 calculator [2].)
