* preparing for Fedora 9 Alpha [1]

= Summary =
o KDE 4.0.0 final:
- kde-4.0.0. is already prepared in cvs
- upstream asked us to not built and release it before final release (some
tarballs are also re-spun)
o preparing for Fedora 9 Alpha:
- kde-l10n has to be prepared for the mixture of kde3 and kde4 packages
- the list of bugs [3] collected from the kde 4 live image has to be checked
against kde-4.0.0 again
- upstream patch should be included to work with gtk+-applets (like nm-applet)

- there are no news for knetworkmanager and the NetworkManager-0.7 problem
- menu entries with only generic names should be fixed
o Review of KDE parts in Desktop User Guide:
- We were asked if we could review the current parts for KDE
- We should find other (not so busy) volunteers for that job. But after the
last "request for help" no documentation writers showed up
