Fast-track Nonresponsive maintainer: Frank Büttner (frankb)
 

Hi all,

Frank Büttner seems reluctant to be responsive.

I fixed one FTBFS bug assigned to him in qtiplot.

I posted a non responsive maintainer tracker bug, but he closed soon and was reluctant to explain anymore.
