Not quite. See https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=539069
There's a fortran test in the configure.in, after it's completed the
language is stuck as fortran, so its using gfortran as the compiler
rather than gcc.

A push/pop language around the test makes it continue the configure.
There's a few subsequent problems afterwards, but 539069 has the details
and some fixes in it.

That is, is there any chance of getting Boost 1.42.0 into F13?
