Default Dependency loop with pcre

It appears that there is an rpm dependency loop (or something) involving
pcre in current rawhide so that during install you can get the following:

Installing: tcsh ################### [ 413/1262]
grep: error while loading shared libraries: libpcre.so.0: cannot open
shared object file: No such file or directory

Installing: mlocate ################### [ 424/1262]
/bin/grep: error while loading shared libraries: libpcre.so.0: cannot
open shared object file: No such file or directory

Installing: coreutils ################### [ 442/1262]
/bin/grep: error while loading shared libraries: libpcre.so.0: cannot
open shared object file: No such file or directory

Installing: fontconfig ################### [ 443/1262]
grep: error while loading shared libraries: libpcre.so.0: cannot open
shared object file: No such file or directory

Installing: pcre ################### [ 453/1262]

Any idea how to fix this?
