Default Fedora and Delta RPM

Hi folks,
There is a plan for an extensive use of Delta RPMs in Fedora in the near future, making it a standard, as already happens in SuSE?

AIUI the backend code will be live for Fedora 10 GA, although to use it
on the client side you'll need to manually "yum install yum-presto".
After this large scale testing I'd guess taht yum-presto will be in the
default install for Fedora 11.
