Default kernel 2.6.27 for fedora 8?

Hi all,

Not sure if this is a right place to ask, but have not found a more appropriate
place.

Is it planned to package and release kernel 2.6.27 for Fedora 8?

Most likely not. Fedora 8 will probably get one final 2.6.26 update
and then go EOL one month after F10 comes out.
