Default ViewVC has been split into viewvc/viewvc-httpd

Just a heads up that as of today, ViewVC has been split into viewvc
(which depends on webserver) and viewvc-httpd (which depends on
mod_python), in order to address bug #457691.

So, if you are running viewvc under Apache/mod_python on F8/F9, you'll
have to install viewvc-httpd package in F10 to get the same thing.

In what package is the Apache configuration file now? Will this change
break stuff for Apache users who already had an older version installed?

If they deploy viewvc-httpd, it shouldn't.
