Default orphaning acpi

Hello,

I am orphaning the acpi package,
http://grahame.angrygoats.net/moinmoin/AcpiClient

because
* there are lots of bug reports wrongly directed to that component, it
is annoying, and the symptom of a wrong name for the package
* acpitool does the same and more, and acpi didn't catch up with
acpitool
* if the old /proc/acpi interface is dropped from the kernel it won't
work anymore

If somebody wants to take it anyway, it is a very low maintainance
package (no change since mar 2006, license tag is wrong, but otherwise
everything should right, and for a long time), at least as long as the
old acpi interface is kept in the kernel. But be prepared to do some
triaging!
