Default anyone interested in tpb? (was No more MAKEDEV?)

I think it's a bit late in the cycle to be orphaning it.

How about some folks who care take it over now, and we look at
orphaning it in the f11 cycle?

It has two outstanding bugs:

Brightness display increments too large on some displays

and

tpb generated coredump

So, who wants it? Feel free to mail me or reply to this thread and I
will release it for you.
