No stage2.img in today's rawhide

Is this intentional? anaconda seems to still look for it with
ks/pxeboot install.

It's been renamed to install.img. And it's definitely there for 20080908
rawhide.

It's been renamed to install.img. And it's definitely there for 20080908
rawhide.
