I'd like to take over: arj, id3lib, ksensors, libogg, libtheora, and
libvorbis.
Thanks, I've released them all, so please don't forget to claim
ownership, note that multiple people are interested in libao / libogg /
libtheora, so that is on a first come first take bases, other people
interested can co-mantain.
Note: I see that you've already claimed ownership of most, good! But I
wasn't finished yet with releasing ksensors for all releases when my
laptop battery died on my, so please do not forget to claim ownership
for ksensors for F-8 and F-9 .
Thanks & Regards,
Hans

Lonely packages looking for cosy new owner

Hi All,
I still need to write a little blog post of this, but as from Sept 1st
I've been hired by RedHat to work on anaconda (the installer). As such I
would like to reduce my package load as much as possible so that I can
focus fully on my new job.
Thus *all* of my packages are looking for a new owner (I'm not actually
orphaning them, but I *really* want to lower my load quite a bit).
If you are willing to take over any let me know and I'll orphan them and
you can pick them up. I'll be around for a long time to come to answer
any questions and help with any issues with them, so don't hesitate!
I'll take:
freetype1
Released.
i2c-tools
Released, note I'm really close to upstream, so if you've any troubles
please let me know.
lesstif
Not owned by me, should not have been shown, buggy pkgdb ?? But we
surely can use help here, so feel free to ask for co-maintainer rights.
libid3tag
Released
libogg
libtheora
libvorbis
Released and already taken by someone else.
libXNVCtrl
Released
lm_sensors
Not owned by me (buggy pkgdb I guess), besides that I'm part of
upstream, so I'll stay involved in this one.
theora-exp
As dead as a doornail (integrated into latest libtheora upstream
releases), I guess pkgdb doesn't honor dead.package files in CVS, I'll
orphan it.
vorbis-tools
Not owned by me (again).
Thanks for taking these all over!

Hans

Sorry, if I wasn't clear on this in my last response, but in addition to
coda,
I'd also be happy to inherity its dependencies, rvm and rpc2
Thanks,
I've released them all, so don't forget to claim ownership or they will
be considered as orphans in the future.
I requested access to cpda, rvm, rpc2 and lwp in the packagedb, but are you sure
you released them? The packagedb still lists you as the owner
Something went wrong with releasing coda, the rest have been picked up
by agoode, so I guess you 2 will co-maintain which is always good.
I've released coda again.

Hans

Congrats! (Both to Hans and Red Hat). Anaconda definitely needs more
caring attention.
Thus *all* of my packages are looking for a new owner (I'm not actually

I've just requested access to Io-language. Feel free to drop ownership
on the currently-supported releases (though probably not F-8 as that's
going EOL soon anyway)
I've just given you the rights and released it, so please claim ownership.
Thanks,
Hans

I'd be happy to take liquidwar, pinball, pipenightdreams, supertuxkart,
and xgalaxy. Possibly others later, but these for now.
And, logically, tuxkart.
Thanks!
I've released them all, yup can leave tuxkart orphaned though, its dead
(superceeded by supertuxkart), pkgdb seems to not care about
dead.package files in CVS,

I'll take feh, since I'm probably the only person that uses it.
Thanks, released. Maybe you want to care of imlib2 too then?

First off: much congrats on the Red Hat position; and I wish you the

Secondly, seeing as I already maintain tremulous it's probably best that
I take its data package (tremulous-data) as well.
Thanks.
Good point, released

Someone else already seems to own it.
