In cvs, trying to run "make build" to create a new
repository package gets me errors like this:
FAILED: BuildError: package E not in list for tag dist-f8-updates-candidate
(the same for F-9 and devel).

Is "make build" supposed to work now? If so, any suggestions?

Wait about 20min and the job that runs at the top of the hour should
add this new package to koji.
