orphaning some packages
Hi There
I am also happy to help with any of the three packages or co-maintain the three.

Ok, I just added myself as a maintainer.

You're welcome too. Actually, nagios is a very valuable for community
tool, so i think it's a generally good idea to have many trustees
here.

Orphaning some packages
Hello folks,
Due to an increasing lack of time I'm leaving my packages orphaned. Even if I want, I will not be able to devote the attention they deserve.
I would like to thank all the kind help I received over time in the task of maintaining these packages.
bkchem and python-oasa, preferably, should be maintained by the same person, since it is an essential component of bkchem... In fact, these packages require little maintenance.

-- Taking care of your ideas
bkchem
-- Chemical drawing program
pdumpfs
-- Daily backup system
python-oasa
-- Python library for manipulation of chemical formats
Again, thank you

I'll take bkchem and python-oasa, but happily relinquish if one of the
co-maintainers wants them.

Orphaning Some Packages
Hi,

I think it should be nice, when a Fedora packager say he orphaned some
packages, he tells why he orphans its:
- no time to package
- no use it any more
- lack of communication with upstream
- too many bugs reported he can't fix
- application is obsolete
- etc.
That could be help to find a new Fedora maintainer, or clearly decide to remove
the package from Fedora.
Regards,
Alain
