gtester-report in F9

Hello all,

on my system /usr/bin/gtester-report (part of
glib2-devel-2.16.4-1.fc9.x86_64) is not executable, it can only be run
with "python /usr/bin/gtester-report". Is this intentional, or should it
be +x ?
