Question regarding Asterisk audio license and Fedora

I am trying to help get some voice recordings for the Asterisk PBX into
Fedora. These support features like voicemail and an echo test.

Unfortunately, the audio files are not released with a clear license. As
far as I know, the woman who made the recordings does not want the
recordings used for commercial purposes. However, I am still looking for
this in writing. Does anyone know of a clear statement on this matter from
the copyright holder?

There is an alternative recording available at
http://www.voicevector.com/Downloads.php?PHPSESSID=001824a9b8a9a033cd47f95388 c8825a.
However, I don't know if the license would be acceptable to Fedora. Would
someone review this license?

For reference, please see https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=428832.

It would be great if RH could get the old "voice of RH" to do CC
licensed recordings of all the messages. Sandra had the best phone
voice I have dealt with in many years.

Did you talk to the Callweaver guys to see what they are doing?

She is no longer with Red Hat. I could probably still ask her about it
though.
