Default FYI: almost-ext4-capable e2fsprogs in rawhide

I've put an e2fsprogs-1.41 pre-release snapshot into rawhide,
e2fsprogs-1.41-0.WIP.0617.fc10. e2fsprogs-1.41 is intended to be the
first fully ext4-capable e2fsprogs release, so for any of you brave
souls who are testing ext4 in F9 or rawhide, you might consider using
this release, give it a whirl and let me (or the linux-ext4 mailing
list, or #ext4 on irc.oftc.net) know how it goes.

Thanks!
