Default Reviewer needed for haddock09

The latest, greatest version of GHC, the Glasgow Haskell Compiler, is set to be released within the next few days. I've got a spec file ready to build it with, save for one thing: the current version of Haddock (Haskell documentation extractor tool) doesn't work with it.

I've revived an older, compatible version of Haddock as the haddock09 package. This is almost exactly the same package that we used to ship in the Fedora 7 era.

The package needs no special Haskell expertise to review, and it will shortly block my ability to update GHC. If some kind soul would be willing to do a quick review on it, I'll gladly return the favour. https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=451142

Cheers.
