maven-site-plugin requires maven 3 so it's can't be updated until we have
maven 3 in fedora.

This one needs vafer-jpendency (version 0.6 available at:
http://github.com/tcurdt/jdependency/downloads).
There was a start here:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=532532 (name
vafer-dependency) but it is version 0.4 and needs to be renamed.
