Default Eclipse/GCJ support

>From looking at the rawhide reports, it looks like eclipse-pydev,
eclipse-rpm-editor and eclipse-quickrex have all just dropped support
for gcj compilation.

Are we not following that guideline for eclipse plugins anymore? If
not, we should update
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging/EclipsePlugins

The guidelines always just said "follow the GCJ guidelines" which just
say "do it if you want to" so it's up to the individual packager. I
suppose we should have a broader discussion about GCJ post-F10 (I think
that's what we said we'd do pre-F9).
