Default Gnome power manager and remaining battery time.

Looks like Gnome power manager no longer gives the end user the
remaining time of the laptop battery but instead only gives him % of usage.

Bug or a feature?

Incorrect. It still shows time remaining - as long as it can make a
reasonable guess. Works fine for me:

There are various reasons it might be unable to make a guess on your
system at the moment. Sometimes it takes a little while for g-p-m to
gather enough data to guess. Is this a freshly-installed system?
