Default power management changes

Another F11 feature that is starting to land in rawhide:

Richard has built gnome-power-manager 2.25.1, which uses DeviceKit-power
instead of hal. This should be a largely invisible change, as far as the
user experience is concerned. Right, Richard ?

Yes, it should be invisible if it's all working. The
gnome-power-statistics application is now a whole lot more useful, and
we support many more different types of power device.

Yell if anything is broken.

Richard.
