Koji is used to build RPMS for the Amazon Linux AMI. Information about the Amazon Linux AMI is available here: http://aws.amazon.com/amazon-linux-ami/

The Spacewalk project uses Koji (running on EC2) to build for
RHEL 5, 6, and Fedora 14, 15:

We're using koji to build and package internally used software on top
of fedora/rhel/centos.
