Default How to make squashfs of 3.1 with mksquash 4.0

I have to make a install.img for F10 on F13
Squashfs Version : F13 = 4.0 ; F10 = 3.1**
I can't mount 4.0 on F10.
so How can i make a version of 3.1 on F13 ? Are there any options ?

As far as I can tell, mksquashfs doesn't have a way to build using older
formats. So you either need to use an older version of mksquashfs on the
F13 system or you need to use a newer kernel (that supports the 4.0 format)
for your F10 build.

I forgot to suggest one way to use the old mksquashfs. You can run
livecd-creator in mock to use f10 tools for the build. Assuming you don't
really care about which tools you are using, that's probably the best
way to do the build.
