Revisor - package not found and kickstart options change dep error tolerance?

But I found the explanation of this. It will tolerate missing deps
unless it thinks that a subsequent step will fail, and a
kickstart-driven install will conceivably fail if there's a missing
dep - as per the comment:

# - Dependency resolving may fail yet continue in case of composing
installation media
# - which is not supposed to go to cobbler
# - which does not include the kickstart
