Question: What does the request form look like?
Do you default to 32bit and have a pulldown or checkbox for 64bit?

Or does it ask: 32bit or 64bit?

Does it say 'If you don't know, ask for 32' ?

Freemedia form has:
Drop-Down list
Gnome 32 live
Gnome 64 live
KDE diito
Install DVD ditto.
