Default Updates Vision clarification / status

I had similar feelings at first, until I reminded myself this is the
board's *vision*, not fesco's implementation of it.

I feel the current unaltered (and relatively inflexible) vision, leads
to some of the problems kevin describes in fesco trying to implement it.
I can't support that.

The proposed amendment still carries largely the same intent while
giving fesco some flexibility to make it happen with less shock value.
