Default Procedure after successful build.log

Once a package passes its Fedora build testing, one uses "Bohdi to
request enhancement updates for each released Fedora you are bringing a
new package to"; see

http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/PackageMaintainers/Join

What is the next step in the EPEL procedures after the build passes its
automated tests ?

Once your package is built, you're done.
Successful builds are placed in the needsign queue, until they're
signed, then placed in the epel-testing repo. The next step is the push
to the stable repo, which happen on 1st or 15th of each month, depending
on the el release. Someone, usually Thorsten, does the stable push and
asks for confirmation to the mailing list, so a package can still be
prevented from entering the stable repo on a case by case basis.

Regards,
Xavier

I had the same question when I first submitted a package for inclusion
in EPEL, so maybe the process needs to be more clear somewhere on the
wiki.
