Default epel only reviews not on cached package review.

Since the EPEL only reviews were marked as such in bugzilla e.g.
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=682553

they no longer appear anywhere on:

http://fedoraproject.org/PackageReviewStatus/

No idea how this page is generated but can some extra categories
be added for EPEL only packages on this page.

Yeah, this was planned, but not yet finished.

Tibbs is going to try and get a EPEL report added later today or early
next week...
