f17-branch is now operational
 
I branched from master after building anaconda-17.7 today so master is
now open for whatever crazy stuff we want to put into F18. The
f17-branch will be following the Anaconda Branch Policy which can be
found here:

https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Anaconda/Branches

The current schedule is here:

f17-branch-alpha will be branched on 2/14/2012
