Default ltsp-nbd - where does it work??

In Feisty i took

cp /opt/ltsp/i386/usr/share/initramfs-tools/scripts/nfs
/opt/ltsp/i386/initrd/nfs

and

mkinitramfs -o /opt/ltsp/i386/initrd/nfs

to make changes in the boot-skripts

It doesnot work in Gusty anymore. Shall I take

/opt/ltsp/i386/usr/share/initramfs-tools/scripts/ltsp-nbd instead of
the nfs file???
but where shall I put it??

Am how shall I work with it??

Some ideas???
