When trying to remove item in system tools, the menu isn't applied.
The problem is that the menu name in /etc/xdg/menu/applications.menu is "System" and the file that
menueditor create names it "System Tools".

the same goes for "sound & video" plus and error in the xml because of
the "&" char.
