When attempting to edit a shape, specifically by selecting the property
of the shape, selecting the shape tab, then the contour line button and
edit in the upper right hand corner of the shape properties box a node
properties box opens up. Checking "edit contour line" and selecting the
value change box (third rectangle down) and changing the value to 0.1
should enlarge/shrink the contour line value by 0.1. However, the shape
is not enlarged or shrunk by 0.1, but rather is enlarged or shrunk
according to the shape size. For example, a page number box of .25x.25
has a smaller contour line enlargement than a image box of 2.5x2.5. The
enlargement of the contour line is not persistent and consistent with
the value. Reproducible in scribus and scribus-ng
