Default Use udev attribute instead of getuid_callout()

By the time we're receiving an event udev already figured out
a unique ID. So we can just use that and get rid of the
callout.

Default Use udev attribute instead of getuid_callout()

By the time we're receiving an event udev already figured out
a unique ID. So we can just use that and get rid of the
callout.
