Default apt-get auto-recommends (was Packages temporarily ...)

Ok, after some digging, I found
$ apt-config dump
APT::Install-Recommends "1";
APT::Install-Recommends:: "0";
APT::Install-Suggests "0";

So I created /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/30autoinstall, with these contents:
Install-Recommends "0"
