Patch for the gfs support in RHEL5
This patch should enable the gfs support in RHEL5 installations and upgrades.
I've tested the separate pieces (mkfs, mount) on the running RHEL5 system and the patch should be okay. There was a suggestion [1] to change the behaviour to copy lines with unknown filesystem from the old fstab to the new one as commented. While I like this idea, I'm not sure if it is now worth implementing in RHEL5. Opinions? Can you test it by using an updates image and telling loader to load the gfs module? That way you have a pretty complete test but without the hassle of having to rebuild loader and a new image. -- Brian C. I'll have a look at it and also try to write a patch for the lines with unknown filesystem. -- Vratislav Podzimek Anaconda Rider | Red Hat, Inc. | Brno - Czech Republic _______________________________________________ Anaconda-devel-list mailing list Anaconda-devel-list@redhat.com https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/anaconda-devel-list |
