..after that you simply swap "wheezy/testing" for "sid/unstable"
and "dist-upgrade", and since we don't usually want newbies to
do that, I leave the precise where and how as an exercise. ;o)

Finally, I did it.

I make it with the ISO with the bootstrap problem. I make an expert
installation and just after being asked for the kernel version I want, I
jump to tty2, enter on the chroot and configure my apt/sources.list to
use Debian online repository. When the installer move forward and tried
to install bootstrap, it took it from the Debian repo instead the ISO
and it worked like a charm.

Thanks to all for the advice about hybrid ISOs.

Ah, I think that's a known error:

http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=673997

You can try with a different ISO image (weekly or daily builds, whatever
is different from the current one you used).
