Default Add the cms module when building the initrd (#782146)

This is useful for s390 systems and doesn't run on other systems.

NAK; I think if anaconda startup requires other dracut modules, the
anaconda-dracut module should reflect that. I'd add "cms" to the list
emitted by the "depends()" function in dracut/module-setup.sh instead.
