Default bash: halt: command not found

Hello list,

My system has been messed up :-(

I have done a apt-get upgrade and since then some of the commands are
not available in my box as root !!!

```````````````
#whoami
root

#halt
bash: halt: command not found

#reboot
bash: reboot: command not found

````````````````

I checked and the is no more /sbin/shutdown :-(

What should I do now ? This is wheezy ....
Please help. Thanks
