Default add anaconda-dracut subpackage

From: "Brian C. Lane" <bcl@redhat.com>

This installs anaconda specific scripts used by dracut. Currently it
adds the rd.luks=0 rd.md=0 rd.dm=0 rd.lvm=0 commandline arguments so
that they don't need to be specified on the kernel cmdline. It also
copies kickstart files from the inird over to the sysroot.

Copied from noloader branch and removed unneeded scripts.
