Good day,
Installed k3b in the gnome desktop.

Nothing in " Applications - Sound & video "

It is available via command line and "create launcher" on the desk top.

Any ideas please.

In kde k3b is under multimedia

So in gnome it won't appear anywhere under "applications" ?

It seems that's the expected (explanation at message #10):

gnome-menus: K3b not listed in GNOME menu.

Yes, in sid anyway, Applications, Debian, Applications, File Management.

But I've added a launcher for it.
