Where is /usr/lib/libc/memcpy-preload.so ?

It has been moved to the multiarch path,
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libc/. *The NEWS.Debian file needs to be
updated to reflect that.
Note that the wrappers only exist on amd64.
