Hello,

This patch follows Ben's advice about not trying to mechanically impose
mpath aliases and leaving creation and management of the bindings file on
the multipath tools. Tested on a multipath machine, it installs and boots
OK and everything is named as expected.

Expect more tricky fixes and features for the 6.2 multipath.
