Default Keyspan USA-19QW USB-to-serial dongle

I successfully used my Keyspan USA-19QW USB-to-serial dongle back in
2007 running Ubuntu.

After several OS reinstalls, I am now on Debian Squeeze, but I am
having some problems getting it to work.

Is there some user error involved here or should I open a bug?

- After I plug in the USB-to-serial dongle (dmesg):

[ 2615.044105] usb 3-1: new full speed USB device using uhci_hcd and

- No device file (/dev/ttyUSB0) is created:

$ ls -l /dev|grep -i usb

- According to:

keyspan/usa19qw.fw is in keyspan.ko
