For testing, you can slow down your interfaces:

#mii-tool -F 10baseT-FD eth0

#mii-tool -F 10baseT-FD eth1

axel is a tool to download something, like wget. "-n 4" says that it has
to use 4 connections.

Same speed . I think is a server limit .
