Default Crete the virtio-ports on time.

This is done by a narrowly aimed 'udev trigger' call that shouldn't
retrigger anything else. No related modules need to be loaded manually
now, they're builtin.

This says f15-branch but I will only push it there if the right kind of
magic happens to it (NTH?). Master in any case.
