Default please help me write a udev rule

Dear all,

I always run a command like this when I plug a USB disk:

echo 1024 >* /sys/block/sdb/device/max_sectors

however, the disk is not always `sdb'.* Can I write a udev rule according to the UUID of the disk?

Best regards,
