Default Strange Debian APT GPG error: BADSIG 9AA38DCD55BE302B on mirrors.163.com

I'm getting this error when doing "aptitude update" on one of my
Debian system these days:

W: GPG error: http://mirrors.163.com unstable Release: The following
signatures were invalid: BADSIG 9AA38DCD55BE302B Debian Archive
Automatic Signing Key (5.0/lenny) <ftpmaster@debian.org>

Changing to ftp.us.debian.org solved this problem.

Why the unstable release there will be signed by using 5.0/lenny key?
Is this like a mirror problem?

(please keep me in Cc list, not subscribing to this list, thanks)
