configuring zope+plone on lenny

On*https://weblion.psu.edu/trac/weblion/wiki/TemporaryStorageInZeoit says i had to edit zope.conf but i can only find zope.conf.in in*/usr/lib/zope2.10/skel/etc/

do i edit the file as it is or i have to copy it somewhere else as zope.conf before editing?
